1) Right of Withdrawal (30-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you purchase a product from our website, you have the right to withdraw within 30 days from the day you (or a person you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods. You do not need to provide a reason to exercise this right.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
2) Return Conditions
- Send the item back within 30 days after you told us you are withdrawing.
- Return the product in its original condition (unused, undamaged), with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).
- Handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods may result in a deduction for diminished value.
3) Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
4) Refunds
- Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you of the outcome via email.
- If approved, we will refund within 30 days after receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.
- If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard option, the extra cost is non-refundable.
5) Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or a full refund.
6) Items Excluded from Refund
- Returns requested after the 30-day cooling-off period.
- Goods that are clearly used or not returned in saleable condition.
7) Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund (per this policy) and place a new order.
